The goal of bakery occupations is to provide the students with the necessary artistic skills in baking, pastry making, and cake decorating. The course will provide the skills for entry level in bakery occupations in addition to teaching the values of teamwork, leadership, and creativity.
The course will provide students with the knowledge and tools necessary for an entry level position in restaurant occupations. The goal is to introduce the students to working in the food service industry and provide instruction for positions such as cooks, cooks assistants, servers, kitchen prep., clean up, safety, and sanitation.
